Triumph at the Carnegie Shadowing Awards
As part of an annual event, 25 Year 8 students were invited by Langley School for Girls to compete alongside (and against) three other neighbouring schools as part of the Carnegie Shadowing Awards competition.
Conducting presentations on the six books nominated for the Carnegie Literacy Prize, our students had to persuade the audience as to why their assigned book was the best.
Four HABR students as part of the winning group, won a prize for their excellent efforts. Well done girls.
