Charity Bake Sale Supporting Victims of Cyclone Ditwah in Sri Lanka
Our recent charity bake sale was held in heartfelt support of communities in Sri Lanka devastated by Cyclone Ditwah, one of the country’s worst flooding disasters in decades.
To support urgent relief efforts, we held a bake sale where proceeds were donated to Palmera, a charitable organisation working directly with affected communities to provide essentials such as food, clean water, medical supplies, and long-term livelihood recovery. Our bake sale welcomed donations of shop-bought treats, and every cake, cookie, and sweet purchase contributed directly to lifesaving relief and recovery for families in Sri Lanka. Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we raised an amazing £179.26 - funds that will go straight towards supporting those who have lost so much.
