Have you applied to go to Nasa?
The Academy’s Science Department is proposing to organise a unique opportunity to NASA Cape Canaveral, Florida. The visit is for all year groups and we are very excited to be offering this invaluable experience to all pupils.
Under the Academy’s charging policy, because this activity takes place wholly outside Academy hours this trip is optional, places will be offered to students who pay the full cost. The estimated cost per student will be £1,725 depending on the response. Places are limited to 40, therefore it will be offered on a first come first served basis, although prior behaviour will be taken into consideration.
The visit will include flights and accommodation on a full board basis. We will also be visiting other attractions in the area, including a Boggy Creek airboat ride, NBA basketball game, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, behind the Adventure’ Educational Program, Space Explorers Adventure Camp, lunch with an Astronaut, student arrival pack including student safety cards, post trip 'thank you' pack including trip photos to share & travel insurance. All of which are included in the package.
Your daughter will require a valid passport for the duration of this educational visit.
