Parents of performers invited to attend! RAD Step into Dance

On the Night!!

The Harris Girls’ RAD team - Innov8, took to the stage at Ravenswood School for the fourth consecutive year on Monday 23rd of April. This year our girls performed a Hunger Games themed dance choreographed by our fantastic Step Into Dance teacher Kevin Young. The girls were last to perform at the Spring Sharing - pulling of one of the best performances of the night. Mrs Abbott, Miss Jasper and I were incredibly proud of every single student that performed. Well done girls! Keep dancing!

By Miss Dent - Head of Dance

Since the start of the year our students have been working incredibly hard as part of the RAD Innov8 Dance Company 2018. The ‘Spring Sharing Borough Competition’ is the first stage of the ‘STEP into DANCE programme’. The borough competitions are hosted for all companies to present their work for the chance to be selected to perform at the final taking place at Sadler’s Wells in July.

The Spring Sharing Competition is taking place on 23rd April 2018. Students will be leaving school at 3pm to travel via minibus to Ravenswood School. The event is due to end at approximately 8:15pm.

Parents/Carers are encouraged to attend the performance to support their daughters. The doors open for the audience at 6:40pm and there is a suggested donation on the door to purchase tickets on the evening: it is £4 for adults and £1 for concessions.
